What to say at annual performance meeting after quiet quitting

I have been working at this firm for 15years now! However, for past 5+ years the environment has become very toxic. Obviously my performance started dipping as well as I was not motivated anymore. Moreover, I had not had a salary adjustment for 3years. Last year when I brought this up with my direct manager during my last year's appraisal and she said she will look into it. 4months the leadership calls me to tell me how unhappy they are for disclosing my salary with my manager and how this will adversely affect my prospects in future etc. I kind of gave up on them at that point…and have been practicing quite quitting since. I complete only the basic essential tasks and don't really bother about pending tasks! I might have quit but this is a 100% WFH which is still rare in my industry. So now, it is time…

So now, it is time for my next annual appraisal call and I have no idea how to deal with this meeting.
