My whole office is getting infected with rona. Management is letting us know that it's still okay to come in sick as long as you don't test. This has caused tons of people in an open floor plan office to be walking around coughing and sneezing fully knowing they're sick just because they can't use sick days.
Meanwhile, my managers and bosses are hiding away upstairs in their own offices. Even the ones who usually join us. But when I voice my concern for our safety, it's “You can't be missing out on collaboration!”
I get we're moving on from the pandemic, but there HAS to be something to protect people from stuff like this. 50% of the office is walking around infected. I have no choice but to come home to my family as walking stinkbomb that could very well make them ill.
Is there ANYTHING in place to protect us? Besides a mask (of which I was called out for and reprimanded for using)
