Office Assistant or Personal Assistant?

I started a new job as an office assistant for a cool company that presents a lot of opportunities for growth as I am working on my Project Management Certification and will be done in 5ish months. This company is great for that and everyone is so welcoming and nice. EXCEPT 2 dusty people that keep testing my patience. I am hired through a temp agency at the moment to help out the admin team as they adjust to their new building. These 2 people also started a couple months before me but barely know shit. One is the manager that hired me and the other is a receptionist. They work me to the bone but with no clear direction. Just throwing stuff my way because they act like their hands and feet don’t work. They’re always micromanaging everything I do and I remember clearly stating in my interview I…

They’re always micromanaging everything I do and I remember clearly stating in my interview I don’t like micromanagement. I want to know if I am trippin so I came here to confirm.
Ex: I told the manager I needed to use the restroom but before then I checked on the receptionist, helped where I could then made my way to the restroom. Couple minutes later my manager walks in and acts like she is using the stall next to me. I finish my business walk out I happen to catch her looking at me at the sink from the crack of her stall. She comes out immediately and says “there you are” I almost lost my cool cause you don’t do shit like that after I told you before I stepped away. They treat everything with urgency. And tell me to do things while I am in the middle of the tasks they just assigned me and get passive aggressive when I’m not dropping everything. I’m starting to think they’re abusing their power and saying “its chaotic” or “we’re still adjusting” as an excuse. Out of my 4 years of Admin Experience this is the craziest shit I’ve ever encountered. I’m honestly thinking of meeting with my agency and asking for a new assignment because I’m not about to play that passive aggressive bs. I offer to prioritize things that would help us work better and they want me to clean the coffee machine because she can’t get decaf. Last time I checked she knows how to fix a coffee machine. I will be talking to their manager about some things because what I am experiencing is lack of professionalism and laziness. Am I crazy? Should I go to their management and/or my Temp Agency?
