Any recourse?

I got a job 2 months ago. It’s at a gas station. It’s a chain gas station in my area. I have my 2 year degree but this gas station unfortunately pays more than my degree gets me, so I applied and got a job in the kitchen making food. I interviewed with the kitchen manager. He seemed nice. However, my second/third day, I saw a completely different side of him. He’s angry, screams at people, bangs dishes around and worse. I started documenting my experience from that day on. I witnessed him behave aggressively with others, he asked me to complete a task, but when I responded that I was completing 2 other tasks he threw a sandwich at the wall, he publicly embarrasses myself and others, as well when I began working I noticed there was cock roaches in the store —- expressed concern that I didn’t want…

I witnessed him behave aggressively with others, he asked me to complete a task, but when I responded that I was completing 2 other tasks he threw a sandwich at the wall, he publicly embarrasses myself and others, as well when I began working I noticed there was cock roaches in the store —- expressed concern that I didn’t want to bring my shoes home in fear of tracking any debris home with me and he told me to simply spray my shoes off in the sink and ‘hit them with the sanitizer.’

I had a conversation with him initially about this behavior and how uncomfortable I was. He said it would stop, but it didn’t.

There’s many other issues I’ve documented.

At the beginning of this month, he had scheduled me full time hours. I asked him to please stick to PT hours for me, which I was hired for. I told him I needed my sleep (I have epilepsy, sleep deprivation triggers activity for me.) That same week I had a seizure.

I saw my neurologist and brought in a work restriction. I submitted a report about his behavior as well, it was 7 pages. As I said, I’ve witnessed many occurrences that were inappropriate, and was trying to use the proper channels to solve the issue.

Since then, Ive had my hours cut (which I brought up and they’ve now remedied), I’ve been pulled into the office to be reprimanded for multiple incidents including using my camera as a mirror and tie my hair up & cursing while talking to my coworkers. As well, HR said my doctors work restriction note was unclear so I had to get a new note 3 separate times to clarify the restriction.

My coworkers were pulled into the office and were forced to make statements about me. Witness statements. Whether or not they’ve seen me do x/y/z and were told if they told me they’d be written up.

I’ve made a report to the EEOC and DOJ but I still feel scared. I have a target on my back, and I know it. Anything I say is invalidated or diminished, they’ll use the cameras and witness statements to prove everything on their side but wont prove the legitimacy of my statements.
