After months of poor decision making, refusing to acknowledge employees, refusing to acknowledge concerns, and talking down to employees I put in my 2 week notice at work. I came in the next day and the CEO had his son tell me to go to HR (no balls CEO). My new duties are to sit in the conference room for 2 weeks. They refuse to let me train the new hire (only doing about 60% of what I did) and the other 2 people that have the background currently have more than a full plate. Fantastic company.
