Soooo yeah. I got this actually pretty nice gig at a local hobby shop a few months ago. Everything has been going okay despite a negative nancy trying to ruin my opinion of the place. Well maybe their negativity is getting to me. I'm really pissed and bitter right now because I found out its not right for an employer to keep tips. We get cash tips but anything digital the owners pocket. So if they make over 1000 previous week in digital tips, I get 0 dollars. Sometimes they even mess up the tills and I lose my cash tips! Frustrating! Besides quitting, is there ANYTHING else I can do? I really like the job despite all this. I just feel like this is super wrong.
TL;DR my job is keeping my digital tips and I only get cash tips.
