For some reason, they call me lazy and ironically I’ve processed the most clients out of an office of 10 and I’m still being undermined that I “don’t work at all.” I’m one of the most fastest by transactional time. (I’ve confirmed this because my boss shows me in our meetings. Numbers don’t lie.)
They don’t care that I’m being ostracized and they don’t care how their hostile behavior affects me and how it’s causing my mental health to spiral! one of them has a pin with the word “Pawsitive,” and “kindness” on their stupid lanyard!
Nobody cares about me and make me the butt of every joke, no matter how many times I stand up for myself. Nobody listens and when I stand up for myself they feel comfortable cussing me out and laughing at me even harder. Like what the heck?
I’ve been job hunting and man o man am I getting rejection letters left and right. I’m not going to find a job any time soon. I don’t know what to do .
I just wish I had an easy way out and a new job.
