Recently, my boss put me on an “unofficial PIP” for bogus reasons and told me I have 30 days improve. I was told that I cannot talk about my situation with other coworkers. Can he legally tell me I cannot talk about my own experience? This is my own disciplinary record to share or not share. I believe he is afraid that there would be backlash if people knew what he is doing to me. Thoughts?
