Getting really discouraged now

So I got a part time job while job hunting. They approached me and it's a huge pay cut from the job I left but it's cash until something full time comes along (hours wise I may even keep it when I find a full time). I finally got an influx of interviews the last two weeks: about 4 interviews, 3 full time with pay in range of what I'm looking for, and 1 part time with lower pay than the part time I have now but if worse case I can have both part times and keep looking. 1 sent a rejection letter 2 days after my interview 1 never got back to me, tried to reach out to the interviewer twice by email interviewers email came back undeliverable a week after the interview(worked fine 2 days ago) so I emailed the manager who didn't seem interested in me…

1 sent a rejection letter 2 days after my interview
1 never got back to me, tried to reach out to the interviewer twice by email interviewers email came back undeliverable a week after the interview(worked fine 2 days ago) so I emailed the manager who didn't seem interested in me to begin with and got generic the position was filled.
1 said I should hear from someone yesterday or today, nothing yet
1 said would get back to me next week after going through some other interviews today(the only interview I feel I hit it off with the person and it's the low paying pt position).

3 of these places REACHED OUT TO ME. Why actively bring someone to interview if you've got an influx of candidates??? If you're already considering other candidates then why reach out to someone and ask if they're still interested? I feel like that's something you don't start doing unless you've exhausted the options you already have.

I'm just getting tired. The few interviews I get are people that clearly have to follow a corporate check list of genetic questions, barely seem interested in actually connecting with me, and generally this is not what interviews were like for me even 5 years ago.

All the jobs I've had over the last 7 years if I made it to a face to face I was almost guaranteed a second interview (like 4 out of 5 times), and a second interview was almost always a job offer.

This just feels like a waste of time.
