I understand the employer decides whether or not to have candidates so assessments, but good lord! It’s like taking the fucking SAT’s again, not to mention how time consuming they are becoming. Indeed is awful. I know. But in my area that’s the “best” site to find a job. I literally took 4 assessments and a pre-recorded question and answer. That’s and hour and half I’ll never get back.
