my English is not good so I will try to write it point wise.
office timing is 10am, but seniors come at 11am, so till then i sit at parking lot and stare, if i ask why? they say do your job even the manager, so 1 extra hr is wasted, 7pm office timing ends, but for me it's become common to go home by 9-10pm at night. Main sir off the company gives 0 fs, even after asked.
now recently i got early morning call saying urgent work, i went urgent without breakfast or anything by the time i reached the work got cancelled, so i sat 2hr outside and went home at 10pm.
I am called to work even on Sundays, when i say I'm tired i will rest, seniors and sir are like you sucks and other bad mouthing stuffs.
i really want to have 1 perfect timing, I don't have time to for myself, i want to play, enjoy, self study for myself, it's as if I'm at a breaking point even after 6+ months working here, where no one listens.
and everyone talks as if there are no one above them .
i just want proper timing, now it's causing all types of trouble to me.
so what can i do based on my situation?
not sure, the job offer still stands in the other company i denied last time.
not sure getting job will be easy if i leave.
This rant is not only about timing there is a Moron seniors worlds most dumb with 0 intellectual senior, if there was someone other then me, that person will just smash him down below the earth.
