Quite promotion is being too much

In July I was quietly promoted as a test once a supervisor and a team lead left our company from another pod.it was presented as a temporary thing & I would still be doing my day to day tasks. I saw it as an opportunity since I’d be on two pods without a manager/supervisor however, it’s quickly turned into a nightmare. I now have a supervisor on the pod I jumped in to assist on who is unware of the client needs. He’s getting paid 100k + for me to lead his work and now what was supposed to be temporary has turned into me having to work on both pods. I work 10-11hours a day, lead all conversations with vendors and managing day to day tasks. The one supervisor is consistently pulling me off of my normal work to assist her since she’s not adapting to the work well.…

My main lead is concerned since I’m working late everyday while the other team logs early.
