My gf worked for this company for 6 months. She had direct deposit and the company has failed to provide any pay stub for six months. So she quit and they are still refusing. We are going to send a demand letter next but who do I contact in this situation. I believe they are doing some tax fraud they lie about the type of employment some people think they are 1099 but she filled out a w4 form. Just curious what agency’s for new York should I be contacting on her behalf?
