WFH job advice

Hey peeps, hope you're having a good day or night wherever you are, and I'm looking for advice on something. I'm trying to get out of my current job for a number of reasons, but the biggest for me is the sensory issues I've had all my life but over the past couple of years have noticeably gotten worse. I work in the gambling industry and accommodations are inadequate, you can ask the staff to turn down the music and wear earplugs but you can't ask people to stop screaming or slamming tables without them going full Karen-meltdown mode, and I'd rather just try to leave because it's a terrible industry. Pretty sure I'm on the autism spectrum but have never gotten the official diagnosis and I don't have a doctor to go to at the moment. I'm trying to find something WFH so I can at least do something…

I'm trying to find something WFH so I can at least do something without feeling like I'm going to claw my own skin off every night after I get home. I'm also a diabetic which has some relevance, because of my job I can't just walk off the floor when I need to if I'm feeling an issue with my blood sugar, I need to ask a supervisor to find a cover for me until I can get back.

My question is this: Should I disclose my medical issues as the reason I'm seeking other employment? Or would it result in them needing paperwork and/or doctor's notes? Is it something I should be open about up front in detail such as “I need an environment where I can regulate the volume and light of my workspace” or “I need to be able to just go take my medication or drink some juice in case my sugars go wild” or just chalk it up to “I need a remote job for health reasons”? Or, not mention medical issues at all and just stick to the usual corporate BS of “I do not see a viable career path at my current place of employment”?

My thoughts are that if I say I'm looking for a remote job for health reasons then it might increase my chances of finding one because if, to an employer, I can't leave the house, then I can be a great worker. I don't care about being a great worker, I just need to get out of the casino. But I don't want to have to try and wait to find a doctor available to fill out paperwork and I have very little (changed insurances a few years ago). Has anyone here had any success with being vague or being honest? I appreciate any feedback and DMs are open if you prefer a private conversation. Or if you want horror stories from the casino I got those aplenty. Thank you all and have a great day!
