After 7 months of:
- Little to no notice of shift cancellation due to weather
- Little care about working in extreme weather
- One 30 minute unpaid break for 8+ hours
- Temporary staff is treated better than FT staff
- Threatened about getting paid and getting sent home
- Little to no communication between any staff
- Bosses speak poorly about employees in front of employees
- Limited training
- One port-a-potty without running water for everyone
I finally quit my job! Going back to school for a computer science degree and hopefully never working a minimum wage job ever again.
Just because this is how these companies have always been does not make it right. Wishing the best for everyone out there that's in this position as well.
