Ranking coworkers

As a female coworker, I’ve been let into a little secret, often on my last day at the office watering hole, where I was on my coworkers ranking. “Oh you’re my number two,” or “you and Kristin are my number one.” Guys always thought of it as a compliment, and it existed in more then one office environment. I did not find it as a compliment and I never had this convert ranking system with my fellow female coworkers for our male counterparts. Anyone else have experience with this, man or woman?
