I found my job posted on indeed. It's a terrible job and I have been planning to quit regardless. That said I've recieved nothing but positive feedback and have asked for, but not recieved a performance review. I've only been there for 4 months, but I was under the impression I would recieve a review after 90 days. If they've posted my job without any negative performance reviews, and before putting me on a pip, does that mean I would be eligible for unemployment pay? Posting my job pre PIP shows they clearly don't plan on making it possible for me to retain my job.
