When negotiating my pay – I didn't factor in the fact that my hours are not set so now I'm working only 18 hours a week and barely getting paid over $400 per week. The director and manager tried providing fake comfort – reassuring me that the hours will pick up again in Jan but I have bills NOW. Is it worth it to discuss a raise or should I just look elsewhere?
