I decide to stop doing two people’s jobs, so I get my hours cut

I started working at a new restaurant job a few months ago, and have very few coworkers who actually do their share of the cleaning. I figure it’s not my job to manage my coworkers, I don’t get paid to do that, and it’s easier for me to just do my coworkers’ cleaning because the mess gives me anxiety and I hate staying past close after a 12 hour shift. I noticed my hours got cut and this is what I was told. Which is wild because I am CONSTANTLY cleaning, I literally have OCD and hate sitting amongst mess so I never sit until everything’s clean. Now I’m getting singled out and getting my hours cut, even though I do the VAST bulk of the cleaning. I know I bit myself in the ass by doing too much at first but it’s just how my hyper anxious brain works. If the dishes are piled up I can’t just chill.
