Today, our building had to go into lockdown due to a threat next door that was being investigated. The email actually said “No employees in or out until further notice. Please continue working as normal”. Anyway I’ve fully disassociated, how are you?

They make me come into work even though my job can be done at home. I got into a car accident I otherwise would not have gotten into if I didn't have to commute during rush hour. Now, someone threatens the area with a gun and we're told to just keep working.

Are they torturing me on purpose? Trying to see how long I can last before I off myself? This is supposed to be one of the “good” places to work. I don't feel real. I don't feel like my life is mine.
