Ideas?? WFH or hybrid options, low stress, good salary… does this exist?

2 million people subscribe to r/antiwork, this says a lot about our modern day work culture. People are just fed up with it all. Among the chaos out there of the rat race, I would like to somehow navigate or at least find a corner that I can pretend to fit into so I can tolerate my place in this system. Obviously working from home is a good starting point, no pointless stressful commutes. Getting up at an unhuman hour, peeling my eye flaps open to start the working day is definitely a Nope from me- hence the WFH option. I don’t handle stress well unfortunately (don’t believe many people do anyway- the show offs think they can manage stress) so a job that has some adaptability/flexibility would be ideal. Obviously pay is the biggest factor too- good salary and a job that will be secure (not replaced by AI).…
