Hello, all. My wife is transitioning companies and they told her this gem. She works from home in a remote position, but even her supervisors are telling the team to follow the instructions. Can a job force you to do onboarding on non work hours. No one else is questioning this except my wife. We are in Florida. Any help with this would be appreciated!
