Should I leave or should I stay?

I apologize for any grammatical errors in advance as I'm typing this on my phone , Background: So I started working at this company for 11 months , 6 months as temp agency employee and 5 months hired full time. The type of job I do is assembly work for electrical switchgears I have tons of experience in mechanical assembly which correlates to this job. I apologize for any grammatical errors in advance as I'm typing this on my phone ,

Background:

So I started working at this company for 11 months , 6 months as temp agency employee and 5 months hired full time. The type of job I do is assembly work for electrical switchgears I have tons of experience in mechanical assembly which correlates to this job.

The issues:

So in the department I'm currently in there are two employees who have been there for over 10 years , I understand the concept of newer employees doing grunt work until they're fully train or competent enough to complete the task at hand. But the problem is I have been here for 11 months and I have demonstrated the knowledge that is required to complete the assembly work based upon the business needs but these two employees are literally giving me all the grunt work which is mostly cleaning parts and enclosures (which is the stuff I know they don't want to do) and I feel my skills are not being utilized and it's really preventing me from learning the work entirely..

I attempted to speak to my supervisor about the situation and I later found out that him and those same two employees are good friends and known eachother for over 20 years , so after I voiced my complaints I received even more backlash from those two employees and I was given better task to do for a short period of time but as time passed I found myself in the same position.

I then went higher up the chain spoke to my manager about the situation and she basically said “because it's highly customized work it will take longer to teach me” , Even though I already told her I know how to do most of the work already I just need opportunity to demonstrate on what I know.

And bonus information my performance reviews were all positive so no issues there as well .

TL;Dr my coworkers and supervisor are currently gatekeeping me from progessing in my job should I leave?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I welcome any advice!
