Manager documenting my mistakes? Wants to fire? Help?

I've been at my new job for 5months now. My probation period is 6 months. First few months go well with my manager, but for the past 2 months I get a new manager. I am technically doing my job well (as in technical part of my job). My new manager says that I am very unprofessional at my job with the client. He prepared a list of everything I could have done that seems unprofessional and list them off to me in a meeting. He also send them by email documenting everything. He says my professionalism with the client is unacceptable and this is my last chance. If anything happens, I would be done. He writes that we would evaluate my progress in 1 month.

Things he mentions I did are unprofessional:

  • Inappropriate jokes with the client during dinner party (I was friends with him, and I don't believe it was inapropriate).
  • Using Chatgpt for intellectual property (Wasn't used with IP. I am allowed to use it for non-IP items)
  • Not bringing my laptop once. (I worked from a workstation at work)

I take full ownership of some of the mistakes I've made and have taken corrective actions so that they don't happen again. I do feel that he was being way too harsh though by pretty much threatning to fire me and making a formal meeting just for this when he could've just ask me to step it up.

Specifically what bothers me is that we have 1-1 every week and I ask him for feedback positive or negative. He always praises my technical skills and never mentioned anything about my professionalism. He drops this like a hammer and I don't know if his intentions are just to fire me?

I also feel like he was being desrespectful when providing his feedback (I agreee with some of his feedback, but he gave it in a rude way). He said I did “dumb things” and I “fool around” and that he can't trust me and has to babysit me.
I am honestly a bit devastated. I am giving this job everything and work between 9 to 11 hours a day. Why would he act this way and threaten me with no prior warning or anything. Is he just documenting all of this so he can fire me after 1 month saying I did not improve? I am really confused!
