As the title suggests, a night manager will do all of the work I'm supposed to before I even clock in. When I ask what she wants me to do, I get put on the smallest task. I can't actually fathom any actual reason that'd she need to. I get the whole department done in an hour, I clean it up etc but even the small tasks, all she does is just force herself into what I'm doing. There is literally no point in showing up if I can't fucking work. For basically 2 hours I try to find something to do that she can't take over. At least it's only two hours of it…
