Work sucks. Don't try to find a job you love. A job is a job. You do it for money.
By that standard don't try to get a job in an industry you love. Video Games, Fashion, Sports, Show Business, Medicine, Teaching and Finance all have LOTS of people who want the job so they will treat you like shit on the assumption they can always replace you if you balk.
Get a kind of dull job. Work for Ford instead of Tesla, be an actuary rather than a finance bro.
The management will be better because they tend to be more experienced and they won't assume you have to throw yourself under the bus to keep the companies “Dream” alive. The workers will be better because everyone is working for money. You'll be more productive because the lre will be less drama and you'll probably be better paid.
Necessary reddit caveat: Shitty gigs are everywhere in every industry. Bad bosses, bad climates and bad pay are endemic.
But you're MORE LIKELY to be satisfied if you find a boring gig.
