I am 17 and I work for Walmart and I was hired as a “cart attendant” (cart pusher.) however, on top of this I work as a cashier, tend to self checkout, stock returns, sweep the front end and parking lot, make sure the front is supplied with bags, receipt paper, and other commodities. I have to deal with rude people and multiple cars coming close to running me over in the parking lot a day. I’m starting to think that 14 an hour may be too little for how much I do. Multiple team leads, coaches, and managers have told me that they were glad to see me coming in for work or that they severely need me because I am one of 2 people who can/will do everything I have listed not to mention multiple coworkers working the same job get payed the same or more to sit and do nothing for hours a day
