Leaving because irritated or maybe burnedout co-worker..

First time working as a back-office employee at a small foundation. I work with one single veteran co-worker(F) that does a lot work for the foundation. But after few years solo she needed extra hands because of the growth and workload. Started very friendly and all but after my 3rd week. First time working as a back-office employee at a small foundation. I work with one single veteran co-worker(F) that does a lot work for the foundation. But after few years solo she needed extra hands because of the growth and workload.

Started very friendly and all but after my 3rd week. I keep getting a very irritated or even cold attitude whenever I ask small questions . While I get she have a lot of things to do, I was also told I can ask questions whenever to avoid mistakes or uncertainty.

Because of this attitude people(except CEO) outside notice the weird vibe too. They notice my co-worker acts “hey, gurlfriend friendly” with female newbies from other departments. while with me or other male employees she is acts way colder like you insulted her family. Unless your CEO or also a long vet.

She also gives me days of very exaggerated “feedback” that is just reaching. For example “While checking your work I had to change a lot of things during my time”. Meanwhile, it's just a very minor thing and easy adjustable with a button press. B4 you ask checking my work is part of her task and she can easily contact me to change stuff.

She is just reaching to find “big faults” about me and I started to get a irritated attitude too.

It's my 7th week and in two days I already have a performance review. I like the job but the motivation is almost gone. I can adress it but I know she won't change since she is a vet and VERY big friends with the founders. Maybe she is burnedout or that's her default mode? in the end, not a excuse me.

So is leaving the best option for me? I know it doesn't look very nice on your CV. But I'm just tired of this non-sense.
