I just found out after being certified as a key holder that I have to be available for emergencies at all hours. I can't put my phone on do not disturb when I go to sleep. This is coming from the same gm who said it was illegal to talk to coworkers about wages, so idk that I totally trust him. Just looking for some insight. Thank you.
