Two weeks back, I had a pair of interviews with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager was there for both interviews. During the Friday interview, he mentioned that he'd be scheduling two more interviews and would send out calendar invites on Monday. However, it's been crickets since then. I even dropped a follow-up email and a LinkedIn message, but no response whatsoever.
I thought the interviews went really smoothly. I've been through my fair share of interviews, and these seemed to go exceptionally well. It's just baffling to me why I'm met with silence and no replies. Any advice on what I should do in this situation? It's very frustrating to face silence…
