Always give the customer service agent the best ratings for every survey question

You're mad at the company, not the poor guy/gal that is forced to uphold the company's bs. This work is traumatizing. Many are just trying to survive, the work metrics are always unrealistic and burnout inducing. Unless you have a specific reason to, always give the best survey responses you can. Even the ones that ask “did we fix your issue?” and “Would you shop with us again?” etc – even if it seems like you're just rating the company, the agent will almost always be rated on these. You quickly lose hope for humanity when you work in a job like this, dealing with people who treat you as a soulless mouthpiece for the company all day everyday. I promise you any shred of kindness goes a long way.
