Made a post about how I was misled about a role. And honestly first week I found some other red flags in the hiring process that shoulda been sign to continue actively looking for work. Now recently been let go as I wasn’t as good as they wanted. Upon asked why fired literally was told “I’ve given all the feedback I can” . That with two months remaining of the probation…Obviously it was very convienent as it was maternity cover another thing that I wasn’t rlly aware of before starting(I knew it was fixed term). And also convenient as all my tasks were on hold or currently completed. Misled on hybridness of the role, was 100 percent office. And my old payslip was even asked during salary negotiations. Honestly gave them my all and was actively working towards the feedback , which broke down in two strands ppl relations (customer and coworker) and being more accurate/ efficient in the role. Feel so silly as I left another role that was promising and was hooked on lies and a seemingly positive culture….
