I am doing more then 12hr a day, sometimes weekend too.
So recently I am not happy working, I am not satisfied with the pay i get, I am losing interest like this. So i asked the boss I am being paid so low and it's not enough Because i work overtime with no pay and Sunday's and pay is not added to that too.
So what boss said is since you don't have a degree, for some years your pay will be low. My inside some years i am like I'm broken I can't handle some months but some years.
So i work in IT office and field world, like going to client house and office solve their network and computer/laptop issues, lot of other labour work included too.
I am called IT engineer for me it feels like i am delivery man where even delivery man earns more.
so what can i do ?
won't i ever get a job based on skill in India?
and boss already did some things which weren't nice so, I am already not in their support.
what options do i have ?
I seem to be ok with hardware and software, learning to code and seem to know some networking too.
any help will be good, just too low on pay and everything i get from them.
