So my job just switched what system we use along with getting a brand new payroll system. We were told we have to do nothing, that all of our info would switchover on its own.
Well half of our employees including myself didn’t get paid when we were supposed to because the new payroll system was incapable of transferring the correct bank account numbers over. They put in the wrong digits. We’re being told now that we will have to wait until the middle of next week to get our paychecks.
In the meantime, my car payment along with my mortgage and other bills have all come out of my account, over drafting me, I’m being slapped with penalties, I’m sure half those payments will be rejected
I honestly feel like my company dgaf. My HR literally said she’d get us all paper checks and then left and ignored everyone’s calls.
