in my contract i had to sign that id be available on all my days off, that my employer can withhold my wages if i quit without giving my two weeks.
i have to hand in my phone to get locked in the office at the start of my shift and don’t receive it back until i leave and i have to start 15 minutes every day but not clock in until the hour.
the kicker happened today though. SOMEBODY ELSES till was short and they took all of my tips to cover it because they like me the least. no one else had to do this, i never went near that till all day and wasn’t even serving customers. i’m one of 4 staff and they were all giggling. they are fucking bullies.
there’s also a 17 year old working there handling alcohol.
i work 10 hour shifts with no breaks.
fml what the fuck do i do i NEED this job
