Hello everyone, Seeking advice on a work dilemma. Been with my company 1.5 years, accomplished a lot, but was low-balled on salary. Promised growth, but no raise after a year. Now facing loss of health insurance and no fair compensation for spouse's plan. Can't easily leave due to health issues, but staying feels like being walked over. Any suggestions? Thanks.
