I work in framing construction In a rural area of America. I've been working at this company for a year and my boss is drinking like it's fucking new years eve 3 days out of the week on average, this has been a slowly escalating problem since this summer. It amazes me how he is able to do this. I like the pay and there is always work available with this company but there comes a point where none of that matters. I feel disrespected when he calls me horrible things while I am working and he stands there and chainsmokes almost falling over. I have Uber eats as an option for work and I am starting to fucking lose it at my actual job. I'm have a hard time walking away from people, am I in the right to just fucking leave? Would I even need a 2 week notice in this sort of situation?
