So my boss takes my two coworkers to lunch once a month. And it’s not just to eat. But to get manicures, go shopping, and whatnot. They’re usually gone no less than 2 hours. Our breaks are 1 hour.
I’ve gotten to the point that I don’t start answering the phones, doing work, whatever…until they’re back.
Shouldn’t I have the same length of time away from work as them? We’re all salary btw. Paid for the same amount of hours. The only difference is they’re sales (cold calling, not prospecting) I’m the service rep.
