We have a sick child at home and due to this we have to take frequent days off to be with him. My wife took out FMLA that was approved by her job but has been calling out a lot recently due to our child having to stay home. Her manager accused her of being a frequent call out and said she may lose her job if this continues. My wife is now very scared and is considering sending our sick child to daycare just so she doesn't get fired. This is in the USA in PA. If my wife was to be let go for being a frequent call out do we have recourse to sue as her FMLA was approved?
