Hi everyone, I wanted to share the thoughts and experiences I have with my elitist boss. I wanted to know if this normal or am I being sensitive? My boss is a 40 something lawyer. He thinks he is the best lawyer in town and has the ego of a tyrant. He has been picking on me for eating out and not cooking for myself. Additionally, this guy has this elitist view and belittles asylum seekers. He also has a stash of toilet seat covers in his drawer which the rest of us don’t have access to. It was never shared with us, and he uses seat covers when he goes to the toilet. I see the wraps in the bin and it annoys me so much. I know this a measure to be hygienic, but most employees are women who don’t pee standing up. The toilet is only reserved for employees and clients don’t use it. The toilets are cleaned once a week and we are all adults and keep it clean. We also have alcohol spray in the washroom to wipe the toilet seat before and after using it. I personally think the toilet seat cover is unnecessary while the rest of us don’t have access to that stash of his.
