Company changing hours, set lunch time, covid policy

Hi, Recently I (23F) started working at this smaller company a few months ago. The way our office works is we have a central corporate location and multiple other locations that employees are onsite at. My role is an assistant level to my manager and then a supervisor above them. When I first started I was told my hours at x location were 9-5, at y location my hours were 9:30-4. This set up worked out for me as i had flexibility to my day/hours when working at y location. I also was told upon hire that after 3 months I would have the ability to wfh 1x day per week (which has never happened) After having covid for the past week I have received two different emails regarding changes to when and where I do my job. I guess I just want an opinion on if I should be…

After having covid for the past week I have received two different emails regarding changes to when and where I do my job. I guess I just want an opinion on if I should be worried for my job security or if these are red flags. Here are the two emails below. Keep in mind our sick time and pto are combined and we only earn 1 pto day per month..

TL;DR My company forced me to go back to work knowing I didn’t have sick time and also changed my hours
