It’s so frustration, I’m in my probation period and at the end of December I’ll lose any unused holiday. It was my birthday so I booked off Friday to Friday originally we were going to book a last minute holiday but changed our minds due to change in circumstances and I booked this 3 months ago.
When I went on AL I gave over some hand over information to someone I work closely with because it actually ended up being a busy week, which I didn’t anticipate when I booked.
Everyone I work with has been fine and hasn’t said anything to make me feel like this but I feel so guilty to point I regretted booking the time off! I feel like it’s going to impact how they view my end of probation what if something happened to one of my projects and it’s stressed my colleagues out? Ugh I hate this
