In a video warning of the dangers of unions and gloating of benifits they had even recently cut back just weeks ago. So while the entire industry improves by 11% we watched them all prosper for weeks while we sweat waiting for any news. The leadership saw it fit to give us /half/
Our starting pay was inflated to a mere 20.50 nearly EIGHT dollars behind the big three who have a plant less than an hour away! Top out is still a slow five year progression as well. Top out two dollars and two years behind the big three and the industry standard as a whole. They did add a solid 1k to our Christmas bonus but it’s taxed as a “gift” at 40% instead of the 22% a bonus is at! So we get less and taxed twice as much! Like we aren’t paying attention
