Don't attack me on math because I have sources this time. In 2024, which will be a leap year, we'll have 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays. This website breaks down how many each month. Not counting federal holidays, because a lot of us still work those days, we will only receive 104 days off out of 366 days. Less when we work over time and pick up shifts. Those of you who will rush to comment “well I have hundreds of hours of PTO and my manager allows me to call off whenever and I have EVERY holiday off”, ok cool for you. That doesn't invalidate the rest of the working class because some of us receive benefits. So let's keep this in mind guys. 262 days of labor, and only 104 to ourselves.
