Why do coworkers do this???

It hurts to hear how my job doesn't “discriminate” over disabled coworkers. Yet they do anyways. This is something I'm experiencing in my current job and I hate it how it is. They had to let go a one coworker who was jus hired for half a month ago and then jus let go cuz they're difficult to work with nor even be patient to cooperate with. I'm jus disgusted with how they boast about disabled coworkers and I have an invisible disability myself. One day when I mentioned my disability to the store owner, this made me rage. “I don't see you have a disability, you don't look disabled”

Excuse me was that supposed to be a compliment????
Once I save enough money, I'm heading to a different job where it is acceptable and patient of diverse individuals.
