Would it be crappy of me to call out of work?

In the last 2 weeks I’ve had 1 day off which hardly counts because I worked overnight and got no sleep. I work at a grocery store so the Thanksgiving madness planning and everything had been ongoing. We have a new girl starting tomorrow. Day one and no one was scheduled to be there to train her and I only found out when I checked the schedule. Technically, I will be there, but it’s not my job. I’m not the boss, And I don’t have the time. I have morning orders and deadlines to meet and me training her makes no sense when she can’t even do her job until I do my job. I could figure it out but I’m just exhausted and I really don’t want to. I really think the situation is bullshit. I feel kind of guilty about calling out because then she literally will be…
