I really hate it when bosses/managers think it's constructive and okay to talk down to me and disrespect me and be nasty towards me, especially when it's totally unnecessary, like when I'm literally just doing what I've been asked to do and they still have to interrupt me to power trip for no reason. It absolutely makes my blood boil and I've walked away from every company who does this because I can't stand giving a third of my life to places that treat me like my time isn't respected and treat me like a misbehaved dog or something. I'm genuinely wondering if there are places where people will respect me and make me actually enjoy coming into work and doing my job?
