Anyone else noticed that the media narrative around work from home seems to be suggesting that overall Gen Z and Boomers prefer to be in the office whilst Millennials prefer to work from home.
I've seen this narrative suggested by a number of articles now but I know how the media likes to create baseless narratives to further their agendas, so it could be a load of sh*t.
Every single person I've personally spoken to about work has said they much prefer work from home. That includes Gen Z, Millennials and Boomers.
What are your feelings towards work from home now that the dust is settling on the pandemic?
