Town hall meeting questions

I have a town hall meeting coming up for work and they always ask for questions. I love my department and our team but the CEO gives me the ick. We had some layoffs over the summer which he insisted on referring to as “right sizing” and when asked about the general turnover in our company because of low wages his response was like “if we can be a jumping off place for people on their way to better careers I’m okay with that”. We’ve had a lot of great growth and I’d just like to have a good question about how that is going to impact the rest of us? Like if things are going so well, how will this benefit us? Because sure as shit we’re not going to see actual raises (we have fixed rate annual raises) and we’re not getting much for bonuses because of the…

I know it won’t do anything, but it sure would be nice to ask the smarmy asshole some difficult question and make him dance a bit.
