My coworker wrote this nasty email shaming me about my job as department head. In an email to everyone. Then, I get called into the office with two ladies who don’t like me who kinda decided already I wouldn’t be a good department chair before I was even picked for the position. They start tearing into how I have handled things. Then my boss starts lecturing me on how to do my job as department chair in front of two people who don’t like me and complain constantly. He starts tearing into me saying that I need to think before I email, which I always do and to this time don’t think I did anything wrong except forward one email to someone the person didn’t want me to.
